Dilek Kaya Hotel began as an old house in Ortahisar and grew around it. Spaces carved into rock sit alongside buildings made from Cappadocia’s local stone.
Spend a little time on the terraces, cool off in the pool, or head out into the valleys. Come evening, return to the stone courtyard.
