Check-in and check-out
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is noon. Measured from the standard check-in or check-out time, early check-in or late check-out costs 25% of the room rate for up to 2 hours, 50% for more than 2 and up to 4 hours, and 100% for more than 4 hours.
Stays with children
Infants ages 0–2 and children ages 3–6 stay free. Children ages 7–12 are charged 50% of the adult rate. Guests age 13 and older are considered adults.
Extra beds and a third guest
Extra beds are subject to availability in rooms with a capacity of three or more guests. The third guest receives a 30% discount on the per-person accommodation price.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Reservations and booking conditions
Selecting dates, rooms, and guests on this website does not complete a booking. The booking button carries your selections to the Reseliva booking screen.
Before completing your booking, review the total price, included services, payment, change, and cancellation conditions for your selected room and dates. Contact the hotel with questions or requests to change your reservation.
Payment and cancellation conditions
Reservations are confirmed after 100% of the total accommodation price has been paid. Partial prepayment is not offered.
The prepaid, nonrefundable plan on Reseliva requires payment to guarantee the reservation. Under this plan, cancellation or failure to arrive incurs a charge of 100% of the total reservation price.
For cancellable rate plans, free cancellation requires notice at least 48 hours before 12:00 AM Türkiye time on the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation after this deadline or failure to arrive incurs a charge for the first night.
Refunds
Amounts eligible for a refund are returned by bank transfer (havale/EFT) within 7 business days of the scheduled arrival date.
Reservation total
The total shown in the Reseliva booking summary includes all taxes and fees for your selected reservation.
Content and usage rights
Text, photographs, logos, and other website content are subject to their respective owners’ rights. Subject to uses permitted by law, commercial reproduction or republication requires the relevant rights holder’s written permission.
External services and privacy
Reseliva, map, social media, and messaging links take you to the relevant service. That service’s own terms and privacy notices apply when you use it.

Safe use of the website
Do not use the website to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, or infringe other people’s rights.
Lost property
Items left at the hotel are kept for 2 months. They can be shipped within Türkiye at the recipient’s expense. International shipping is not available.
